A young second-chance user called Nokio must face Dr. Z once he realizes the true meaning of his cap, where his hope comes from, and the shards of the broken past. Nokio plans to bring "Heaven on Earth," not in his own power but through the power of God.

Alongside Nokio are his brothers in Christ, Kenji Satinuki and Dylan Maxstar. They both attend the same school as Nokio and wish to spread the Word of God to others they come across. Join Nokio and friends as they battle evil second-chance users who surround Doctor Z.
