 This is the first in a series of short story books from Storytime Please! We hope this book will be a fun addition to your storytime rotation.

Victor Olsuf is a twelve-year-old boy on a journey to become a full fledged warrior in his village. Follow him on three adventures that test his courage, strength, and wits.

  • In The Stolen Statue, Victor is sent on a quest to recover a valuable item from his village. Glory awaits, but so does danger.
  • In Roger's Call for Help, Victor helps his new and interesting friend with a problem that leads them to a village with a fishy mess.
  • In Bojerfest, the village of Gafno is ready to celebrate, and Victor is thrust into a competition of strength and intelligence.


This book is written to be read aloud to children ages 4+, and it is also good for readers ages 7-11.
